Tribal Court Hours/Visitor Policy remains in place for all in person visits Monday through Thursday with a Clerk in the office, however please continue to call prior to in person visits outside of our new open hours.

IN PERSON HEARINGS HAVE RESUMED
The Swinomish Tribal Court has resumed in person hearings. Parties are expected to appear in person for their hearings. The option to appear by Zoom is available by request only.

Washington State has been impacted by a rise in Coronavirus cases, also known as Covid-19. The Swinomish Tribal Government and Swinomish Tribal Court are monitoring the public health threat posed by the growing numbers of cases in Western Washington and making plans accordingly for protecting the public and Tribal Employee's. As such the public should be aware and monitor this website for updates on office closures and Court operations as the situation is fluid.

To pay by debit or credit card: We are pleased to offer a method to process debit or credit card payments as of May 11, 2016. For now if you wish to pay online with debit or credit card, clients will need to call or stop by the Clerk Office, but we are working to streamline the process.
