Sex Offender Registry and Notification Website
The Swinomish sex offender registry website enables individuals to search for registered sex offenders by name (“Name Search” tab) or by geographic radius (“Geographical Search” tab).
Under the “Community Notifications” tab, you may sign up for e-mail notifications when a sex offender registers at an address that is near you. The website also contains links to community safety and education resources (“Resources” tab).
The information on the website shall not be used to unlawfully injure, harass, or commit a crime against any individual named on the website or residing or working at any reported address.
