The Tribal Realty Program offers services to Indian trust land owners including: Acquisition & Disposal on Trust Lands (buying and selling property); Fee to Trust; General Leasing; Partitionment (division of large parcels); Gift Deed (transfering land to relatives) and Rights-of-Way. The Tribal Realty Program works closely with the Bureau of Indian Affairs to process transactions and obtain relevant information.
